hi.steven.tu[at]gmail.com Recruiting a Quality Assurer for an Australian company

Currently I'm recruiting a Quality Assurer for an Australian company. This is a full-time position. The applicants are expected to live in Hangzhou or its proximity.

Some information about this Australian company:

The Australian company is a private company and owns one of the fastest-growing brand names in its industry sector. It designs and manufactures home improvement outdoor products made from wood-plastic composites (WPC). The business is now in its 6th-year, still young and growing very strongly. With wholesale revenues increasing by an average 42% year-on-year since inception, its annual sales is on track to exceed $15 Million in 2015 with a market share of 9-10%.

Their competitive advantage is being able to comfortably sell into some of the largest home improvement and DIY retailers nation-wide in Australia and New Zealand, the equivalent of America's Wal-Mart and Home Depot stores. Its business is secure and assured of continued exponential growth. The WPC product industry sector in AU/NZ is new. Currently valued at around $150M, it is conservatively expected to grow explosively to $580M by year 2020.

The company takes pride in having been able to operate so far with a small hands-on management team. This year 2014 has so far seen it embark on significant work force expansion with plans to grow the flat organisational structure even more. By year end, total employee numbers will have virtually doubled to account for the stellar business growth and future directions. Right now is therefore the best time for a successful candidate to get on board into a junior but key management role within the organisation.

The company partners with Chinese businesses to manufacture its product range. Currently, these manufacturing facilities are located in the Zhejiang province within a 150-km radius from Hangzhou, making it the ideal city from where it intends to centralize its China-based activities. The position that we are seeking to fill here represents the first supervisory level with responsibility for current operations in China.
